You may return an item for a refund of the merchandise total within 30 days of delivery. Returnable items must arrive back in original condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled, not previously laundered or assembled. Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected

Mattresses - 100 Day Mattress Guarantee
Our 100 Day Mattress "Love it or Exchange it" Guarantee assures you will receive the mattress you want. Your new mattress can feel very different at first, we request that you sleep on your new mattress for 30 days first to allow your body to adjust to the mattress’s contouring properties. If you aren't satisfied with its feel then, call our customer service and we will be happy to exchange your mattress once towards the purchase of another brand new mattress within the first 100 days. Your replacement mattress will require a $99 processing and pick-up fee. If your new mattress is more expensive than the original, you will be required to pay the difference. We can only exchange a mattress one time.
Damaged and Defective Returns
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue please contact us.
